TsAO Loft

CAO Loft is a space with character within walking distance from Nagatinskaya and the Verkhnie Kotly MCC station. Inside — high five-meter ceilings, a bar area and its own veranda, so even at the height of the celebration there is somewhere to step out and breathe. The atmosphere is free and lived-in: the venue has been set up for events for more than seven years, everything here is thought out so that guests feel at ease, not cramped.

The main hall of 150 square meters accommodates up to 79 people, banquet seating — 37 guests. There is a four-meter bar counter with a sink and an impressive supply of glassware, a DJ zone with a mixer, acoustics and a microphone, a projector with a screen — you can connect karaoke, a laptop or a console. Among the equipment — air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and water cooler, plus a separate room for staff and two restrooms.

The format can be very diverse: corporate event, banquet, conference, party, or filming. You can make noise here even after 23:00, which is rare for the city. Catering — your own or bring your own food, alcohol is also your own, up to a mobile bar. Separate entrance, staff entrance for the team, paid parking on the building premises.
