Shuvalov's 19th-Century Estate — Theater Hall

The theater hall in the Shuvalov-Golitsyn mansion on Pokrovka is an intimate stage in a standalone 19th-century estate. The atmosphere here is theatrical in the literal sense: a real auditorium with soft armchairs, a stage, and backstage. For a corporate event, this is a rare opportunity — not just to rent a venue, but to get a ready-made space with character and history.

The 100 m² hall holds up to 50 guests, and in banquet format also 50 people. The stage is fully equipped for theatrical performances: tube-type theatrical lighting, microphones (headset and handheld), light and sound control from the technical booth. There is a dressing room for four performers with a separate restroom and direct access to the stage.

The venue is perfectly suited for a conference, presentation, awards ceremony or an intimate corporate event with a theatrical program. The mansion stands apart, so loud music and applause won't disturb anyone. Guests enter through the main entrance of the estate — which in itself sets the right mood from the doorstep.
