Sherwood Manor

Sherwood Estate is a historic mansion opposite Gorky Park, tucked away behind its own fenced grounds. Inside is a modern space with sofas, a bar counter and a reception desk: old walls sit alongside a contemporary interior, so the atmosphere is intimate, yet without museum-like stiffness. It is about a ten-minute walk to Shabolovskaya metro.

A whole 180 m² floor is available for private hire: a main hall of 70 m², a welcome zone with catering of 40 m² and an additional hall of 65 m². Banquet — up to 50 guests, buffet and theater-style seating — also 50 each. Ceilings are 2.7 m. There is a projector with a screen, a ceiling audio system, a flipchart, air conditioning, a shower, a microwave and a refrigerator.

The format can be almost anything: a conference, training, presentation, banquet or party. You can order food from a caterer, cook it yourselves or bring your own — with the same freedom for alcohol. Noise is allowed even after 23:00, which is rare for the city center. There is parking on site, a city parking garage nearby, and technical staff, security and cleaning keep things in order.
