Vinny Dvor on Krasnaya Presnya is an intimate city courtyard with the spirit of young Europe. The territory is enclosed and swathed in greenery: trees, a hedge and a four-meter green wall create the feeling that you are not in the center of a metropolis but somewhere in the south of France. The space is cozy and intimate yet not cramped — 300 square meters, 150 of which can be covered with an automated awning, so the weather won't ruin your plans.

The hall is designed for 220 guests in its maximum configuration, with banquet seating for up to 120 people. It has its own bar with a bartender, a service area, a fridge for drinks and food, and a flipchart for business sessions. The organizers take on turnkey events, so you don't have to assemble contractors piece by piece. Food is from the restaurant menu, light snacks are available, catering is possible, and a corkage fee applies for your own alcohol.

The courtyard is a great fit for corporate events, banquets, parties, birthdays and intimate presentations. In summer, open-air dinners and wine picnics are especially good here, and in the evening the space easily turns into a venue with music and projection. Noise does not reach residential windows — the area is fenced, guests are comfortable and nobody disturbs anyone. The entrance is convenient, there is parking, and the restaurant kitchen and bar take the headache out of organizing food and drinks.
