LOFTMSK — X13

The two-level X13 hall at LOFTMSK is a space with the character of a nightclub and a concert hall at once. The stage, light-and-music system and bar counter set the mood from the doorway, while the nautical theme in the decor adds airiness to the interior. Elektrozavodskaya metro is a five-minute walk away, so guests arrive without any trouble.

The area is 105 square meters with 4.5-meter ceilings, and thanks to two levels, the space is naturally divided into zones. A banquet can comfortably seat 50 people here, with a maximum of up to 60 guests. There is a stage, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave; the lighting is set up so that photos and videos turn out well. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM — neighbors won't be a problem.

A wide variety of formats will work: corporate party, banquet, conference, party, birthday. For catering, either your own caterer or food brought with you; a bartender works behind the bar, and you can also bring your own alcohol. Turnkey organization takes half the hassle off the client, and free parking right opposite and entry without unnecessary formalities make guests' arrival simple.
