About the venue
"Avrora" is the largest of the four conference halls of the eponymous four-star hotel on Povorotnikova Street. The 119-room hotel stands in a green park area on the Irtysh riverbank, next to Ptichya Gavan and Victory Park; it is 10–15 minutes by taxi to the center of Omsk.
The hall accommodates up to 110 people theater-style and up to 40 at tables. It is bright, with columns, a multi-level ceiling with chandeliers, and windows along the side wall. The "Business" package includes acoustics, radio microphones, a projector with a screen, a flipchart, markers, signage, a water cooler, and Wi-Fi, while the "Economy" package includes only the hall with furniture, signage, and internet.
The hall is suitable for conferences, industry meetings, training seminars, and presentations. The event is managed by a personal manager, the hotel restaurant organizes coffee breaks, business lunches, buffets, or gala dinners, and participants' cars can be parked in a free guarded parking lot for 50 spaces.
