About the venue
“Russia” is the second-largest conference hall of the four-star Aurora Hotel in Omsk. The hotel stands in a park area on the bank of the Irtysh, on Povorotnikova Street, next to Ptichya Gavan and Victory Park, and a public transport stop is five minutes on foot.
The hall is designed for 80 people theater-style and up to 42 at tables classroom-style. It is an elongated room with windows, a large screen and a presidium at the end wall. The Business package includes acoustics, wireless microphones, a projector, flipchart, markers, a water cooler and Wi-Fi, while the simpler Economy package rents the hall with furniture and internet only.
The hall is convenient for training courses, workshops, meetings and off-site company conferences. Catering is handled by the hotel restaurant — from coffee breaks to buffets, participants stay in the hotel rooms, and the hotel has its own free guarded parking.
