The client entrusted us with organizing the event from scratch, including choosing the venue, accommodating the participants, and all related aspects. We took responsibility for selecting the hotel, sports facilities, creating the atmosphere, and technical implementation of the event.
Solution
We proposed and successfully implemented the following solutions:
- Accommodation: Placed participants in the comfortable Azimut Hotel, ensuring convenience and high-quality stay.
- Sports competitions: Held competitions in 8 sports at Kirovets Stadium, fully equipping the venues for all disciplines.
- Ceremonial opening: Organized a grand opening of the sports competition with thoughtful direction, participation of famous artists, and a modern light show.
- Online broadcast: Created a mobile studio at the stadium and organized a professional online broadcast with commentators Viktor Nabutov and Alexey Menshov, allowing 10,000 employees from different cities to follow the competitions and support their teams.
- Ceremonial closing: Conducted a touching event closure, culminating in a gala dinner for 400 people at Loft Hall Restaurant.
- Souvenir production: Produced and provided branded souvenirs, including t-shirts and backpacks, which became memorable gifts for all participants.
