On September 11, 2025, the All-Russian final of the Magnit at the Wheel professional driving skills competition was held in Kazan at Ak Bars Arena. 120 drivers from all over Russia — winners of the regional stages of Magnit Logistics and Dixy — competed for the title of the best.

Aventura event agency was responsible for the entire project: turnkey construction and branding of the venue, technical equipment, tented village, stage and sound, logistics, catering and accommodation for participants, a show program with artists and a live broadcast of the final.

Objectives
To hold the All-Russian final of the corporate professional driving skills competition on an open-air site at Ak Bars Arena — in one day and with no room for error. We had to build and brand the competition zone for heavy trucks from scratch, ensure safety on the precision driving track, bring participants from all over the country to Kazan, accommodate and cater for them, and also show the event to company employees who could not attend.
Solution
We took the project on a turnkey basis:
  • Construction and branding: competition area, tented village, registration area, photo zones and signage in the competition’s brand identity.
  • Technical equipment: stage, sound, lighting, LED screen, generators, judging and timekeeping equipment.
  • Competition part: theoretical stage and precision driving of tractor units, work of the judging panel, safety on the track.
  • Logistics and hospitality: transfers, accommodation in Kazan hotels, catering for participants, judges and guests throughout the day.
  • Show program: opening and award ceremonies, hosts, invited artists, pyrotechnic effects for the finale.
  • Live broadcast: multi-camera filming and broadcasting the final to employees across Russia.
