Max Bradarsky works in the flairing style and has twice entered the Russian Book of Records. His program is not just serving drinks: liquid nitrogen, a backlit table, a performance to music, and 25 trendy cryo-cocktails. There is an extended format for 50 cocktails — if there are many guests and you want the show to last longer.

Unlike a classic bar, here they work for effect: clouds of steam, lighting, synchronized bartender movements to the track — guests take out their phones and film rather than dispersing around the hall.
