Guitarist Ilya Gordienko

Imagine: the guests have gathered, something neutral is playing in the background, everyone is politely holding their glasses and waiting for the "real" program to begin. And it is already underway — it's just that no one has noticed yet. Then someone at the bar catches themselves tapping their foot, and by the third song a circle forms by the stage.

Ilya Gordienko is a solo guitarist and vocalist who single-handedly covers an entire program: from instrumental background at the guest welcome to a banquet block with singing and dancing. A repertoire of rare breadth — acoustic and electric, jazz, blues, country, rockabilly, rock and roll, seventies and eighties rock, hard and heavy, pop, disco, funk, domestic and foreign pop music, house, lounge, flamenco.

За спиной — живые составы, из которых известнее других группа «Русские», трио «Гран-При» и «Black or White». Hence the habit of reading the room on the fly: if he sees that guests are not getting up to dance, he changes the program without making a big deal of it. He performs solo, as a duo, or with a team of artists, and if needed brings his own sound equipment — so a separate technical contractor for a small event is no longer necessary.
