Illusionist Sergey Ostrovsky

A corporate event where everyone reaches for their phones after the banquet — familiar. The program is exhausted, the toasts are made, and all that's left is the hope that the final act will somehow keep people in the room. This is usually when illusionists take the stage — but not all of them can hold attention for even ten minutes.

Sergey Ostrovsky works in mental magic and large-scale transformations, and his repertoire includes death-defying tricks. He is a lifetime member of the International Magicians Society (IMS). He has over 1,500 performances and more than 35 million views on social media. A regular participant in TV projects and reports in CIS countries, he has collaborated with famous bloggers and artists. He started in Belarus, and now works in Moscow and across Russia.

His difference is that the acts are not limited to cards and scarves on the table. On site, it looks like a controlled mystification: spectators from the audience become participants, and the tricks keep the entire banquet hall in suspense, not just the front row. Between acts there are pauses in which it's easy to return to conversations and glasses.
