Cover duo "LAVIE"

When guests are just gathering in the hall, music from the speakers most often interferes with conversation — either too loud, or too much of nothing. You want the first half hour of the evening to have something to fill the pauses, while no one has to shout over their neighbor at the table.

LAVIE — two singers who work at the intersection of a solo act and a full-fledged cover band. Both have a long solo career behind them, including contracts abroad, participation in musicals, victories in all-Russian and international competitions, and joint projects with foreign bands. They have enough voices and costume changes to hold the stage as a duo, and the venue only needs two points — no bulky lineup.

The repertoire is based on European pop and dance music from different years: hits that guests remember but haven't heard live for a long time — and by the middle of the evening the hall is already singing along with the duo. For the welcome zone, there is a separate selection in the spirit of lounge and Café del Mar, to which the audience calmly gathers and communicates. The program is staged as a show: thoughtful dramaturgy, image changes, choreography of numbers — and not just two microphones at the piano.
