About the artist

A corporate event often brings together people who know each other through work tasks, not through shared songs. And the artist's job is to ease that tension: so that people at the tables stop discussing reports and start singing along. That is exactly the kind of stage on which an evening begins that people later remember not for the presentation slides, but for the way the whole room picked up a familiar chorus.

Valeria Bryzgalova has been singing for over 15 years — since childhood she performed in show groups at the Ural State Variety Theater, was a soloist, then worked as a co-author and performer in an English-language project in Yekaterinburg and continues to write songs. Now she performs with backing tracks and cover versions of hits from different years; her repertoire includes about 50 songs in Russian and English.

Its format works well for a venue: live vocals over a backing track require no elaborate rider or lengthy setup, and a roughly 40-minute set slots easily into the evening's program — between the official part and the banquet. A repertoire of Russian and English-language hits from different years keeps the attention of both those who grew up on the nineties pop scene and those who lean toward more contemporary arrangements.

Yekaterinburg and the region are the base city for performances. Formats: corporate event, company anniversary, business presentation, New Year's evening.
