About the artist

A saxophone in the lobby before the corporate event starts solves a problem few people think about in advance: guests arrive one by one, awkwardly look for acquaintances and don't know what to do with their hands. Live sound fills the pause, and the first ten minutes of the evening stop being awkward.

Anton Matyukh plays the saxophone, works from Saint Petersburg and travels to other cities and regions. Participation formats vary: welcome at the entrance, performance as part of a group or together with a vocalist, a separate act for the evening's program. His repertoire includes cover versions — "Noch" by Chebanov, "A Man Without Love" by Engelbert Humperdinck, "Eto byla lyubov" by Dima Bilan and Zivert.

At the venue, such a lineup does not require much space and does not rearrange the scenario to suit itself — the saxophone fits both into the background while guests are socializing and into the moment when attention needs to be brought back to the stage. With the band it is denser and louder, with the vocalist — closer to familiar melodies that are recognized from the first bars.
