About the speaker

Business is growing slower than desired: ideas fail validation, partnerships create tension, and digital tools remain a set of disconnected experiments. Dmitry Kibkalo helps break down entrepreneurial challenges through real cases of creating and developing companies.

Dmitry is a serial entrepreneur and investor, founder of the board game store chain Mosigra, which he later sold. He co-founded PartyStation, Manaraga, BigBro and Cabinet.fm, founded the Meteor sports schools, and has built companies that crossed the million-customer mark three times.

In his talks, Dmitry covers finding and validating business ideas, scaling, strategy, partnerships and co-ownership. Separate topics include the implementation of artificial intelligence and the digitalization of an entrepreneur's work. He also draws on his experience as the author of the books Business as a Game, Business on Your Own, and Co-Owners.

Dmitry teaches at Skolkovo and MIPT, has spoken at the Moscow State University Business Forum and Sber's Business Fest. A talk, lecture or master class in Moscow, travel to other cities, online format and participation in a corporate event are possible.
