AI and Digitalization Speaker Egor Rudometkin

The team tries individual artificial intelligence services, but they don't add up to a clear system: employees resist change, and management finds it hard to connect digitalization with business objectives. Egor Rudomyotkin helps move from scattered experiments to an AI implementation strategy.

Egor is a graduate of MIPT, former product manager of the NTI platform with an audience of 1.5 million users and founder of an AI implementation agency. He wrote the book 'AI-Human. 50 Habits', created and teaches an intensive on generative AI at the Business School of MIPT and Sber.

The audience will explore five levels of transition from chat to autonomous systems, the connection between AI level and company development, and building an AI culture without team sabotage. Egor demonstrates working AI agents live, conducts master classes, trainings, and strategic sessions for executives with a 90-day roadmap.

Performances take place in Moscow, with possible travel to other cities and online. Egor works in formats of a 30–60 minute report, a 2–4 hour master class, facilitation and strategic session of 4–8 hours, and also conducts employee training and offsite events for the team.
