Entrepreneurship speaker Evgenia Glushenkova

An entrepreneur has to make decisions, manage people, and be responsible for results all at once. When tasks grow faster than the team, and leadership comes down to constant control, the business needs clear approaches to management and development.

Evgenia Glushenkova is the co-founder and executive director of the event agency Aventura, which has been organizing business and corporate events since 2010. With over 15 years in the event industry, she has organized more than 300 events for major Russian companies, leads the team and is responsible for concepts, scenarios, preparation and production of events.

In her speeches, Evgenia talks about entrepreneurship, leadership and management, drawing on the practice of the agency's development and work with the team. She teaches at the online event management school Event-Skill, and together with Mikhail Glushenkov wrote the books 'We'll Handle It Ourselves' and 'Guests Must Not Find Out'.

Evgenia performs in Moscow, travels to other cities and conducts online events. A lecture and master class are available for a conference, forum, strategic session, corporate training or off-site team event.
