About the speaker

When the values and work habits of different generations collide within one team, it is difficult for a manager to maintain shared rules, motivation, and pace. Evgenia Shamis helps clarify how interaction among generations X, Y, and Z is structured and what influence it has on corporate culture.

Evgenia is the founder of the research center RuGenerations — the Russian School of Generational Theory and the CEO of the consulting company Sherpa S Pro. She has worked in Russia, Brazil and Italy, was an advisor to the vice-governor of Samara Oblast, and taught at business schools, including Skolkovo.

During the presentation, participants discuss managing millennials and zoomers, developing leaders and teams, cross-generational teams, values and strategy. Evgenia is the author of six books, including a trilogy about generations, and a board game, and has spoken twice at TEDx.

Evgenia performs in Moscow and travels to other cities, and works online. A talk, lecture, moderation and master class are available for a conference, forum or corporate training. Venues include TEDx, Legal Business Forum and DvizhenieKonf in Saint Petersburg in 2026.
