Motivational speaker Fyodor Konyukhov

When a big goal seems too far away, teams postpone important steps, and motivation quickly gives way to fatigue. Fyodor Konyukhov's talk helps you look at such challenges through the experience of solo expeditions, where the outcome depends on the strength of purpose, preparation, and endurance.

Fyodor Konyukhov is a traveler, author of solo expeditions across oceans and polar regions, writer and artist. In 2025–2026, he led the first-ever solo scientific station in Antarctica, and also lectured for the Russian Znanie Society.
