Irina Permyakova is the founder of the consulting company "Lyubi Finansy" and a management accounting specialist with over 19 years of experience. She previously was a team leader at SIBUR and deputy financial director at AO TDSK, and is currently an ambassador for the Fintablo service and a member of Opora Russia.

In her presentation, Irina covers financial planning, profit growth through management accounting, tax burden during scaling, and unit economics on marketplaces. The audience gets a practical view of cash flow statement, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, payment calendar, financial models, and business plans. Irina also talks about seller profitability and leads her author's course "Profitability Department for Sellers".
