HR and corporate culture speaker Marina Paych

Marina is an HR director in IT, consultant and individual and team coach according to ICF standards. She has been working in IT for over 11 years: built HR processes from scratch and helped grow a company in Omsk from 40 to 200 people, maintaining an engagement index of 87%. More than 27 thousand resumes have passed through her and her team.
