Alexander Misurkin is a pilot-cosmonaut of the Russian Federation, Hero of Russia 2016. He has completed three flights to the ISS and was commander of the 54th main expedition and the 20th visiting expedition to the station. He holds the Russian record for the longest spacewalk — 8 hours 12 minutes.

In his speeches, Alexander talks about motivation, leadership and management: how a team is formed, how a commander leads people to recognition, how to manage risks and maintain performance without burnout.
