Host Evgeny Tsvetkov

A corporate event often rests on one person: while he confidently hosts the evening, HR can breathe easy and management doesn't have to watch the timing. Finding such a host is harder than it seems: some don't have their own equipment, others don't have a DJ, and still others get tangled up in coordination with accounting.

Evgeny Tsvetkov has been hosting events for eight years, during which time he has conducted more than 700 events. He works in tandem with his DJ and brings his own sound and lighting equipment — no need to look for contractors. He accepts corporate clients by bank transfer and maintains a database of artists and banquet venues, so he can suggest whom else to invite and where to hold the evening.

At the venue, Evgeny doesn't read jokes from the stage but hosts the evening as a process: he keeps the program, adapts to the mood of the room, and switches guests' attention in time. The duo of host and DJ with shared equipment solves the typical problem of corporate events — when music and words live separately from each other.
