Host Igor Ushakov

Getting the team together for a corporate event is half the battle. The other half is making sure people aren't sitting in corners with their phones, but by the middle of the evening are already arguing over who will be first to the microphone. A lot here depends on who holds the audience's attention.

Igor Ushakov hosts celebrations and business events and works together with a DJ — with his own set of sound and lighting equipment. He discusses the program with the client in advance and builds it without awkward contests: no tasks that make guests blush and try to hide behind their colleagues.

On site, it looks calm and businesslike: the host keeps the rhythm of the evening, the DJ picks up, and the light and sound are already tuned to the specific venue. You don't have to scramble to find out who is in charge of what and explain to the contractors what happens next in the script.
