Host Sergey Belan

Picture this: the corporate event is in its third hour, some guests are staring at their phones, and some are already getting ready to leave. A familiar picture if the person at the microphone has no experience. A good host doesn't just make toasts — he manages the room's attention so that no one drifts away from what's happening.

Sergey Belan has been hosting events for six years, during which time he has conducted more than 400 events. For five years he played in television KVN leagues — that's where he got his improvisation skills and ability to keep the audience engaged without pressuring guests. He works together with a professional DJ and his own musical equipment, so the sound and music line don't stall halfway through.

What this gives the client in practice: a month before the event, they receive a detailed scenario plan and can calmly approve it, and on the day of the event Sergey coordinates the timing himself — the banquet, contests, and performances stay on schedule.
