Living Statues «PRANA»

The guests have already gathered, but the program hasn't started yet: some are studying their badge, some are looking for the bar, some are standing by a column and don't know where to put their hands. It is precisely in this pause that the room suddenly notices a sculpture standing in the middle of the lobby — and it is breathing.

PRANA is a team of living statues. The image is created for a specific evening: strict avant-garde, silver plasticity, characters from Greek myths, golden jesters, winged fairies. Makeup and costume are selected to match the interior and dress code of the venue, and the lineup of artists is discussed in advance. A separate signature feature is the silver juggler: a statue that doesn't just pose but works with props.

On site it looks like this: the artists freeze, guests come up close and start arguing whether it's a living person or a sculpture in front of them. And then the statue moves — and they react to that moment every single time. They stand in the lobby, at the entrance, near the bar, among the columns of the hall, covering the welcome of guests, the photo zone and the cocktail part while the main program hasn't started yet.
