Ö Art Space

Ö Art Space is an art space in the center of Moscow with an industrial character: concrete textures, thoughtful lighting, and art objects create a visually strong backdrop that works for both a business meeting and a party. There is no feeling of a "space rented for an hour" — this is a place with its own atmosphere, where light and sound are arranged so that the event looks and sounds convincing.

The main hall of 120 m² with 3.2-meter ceilings accommodates up to 50 guests seated at tables and up to 75 people in a cocktail format; there is also a small hall of 25 m² for intimate sessions or negotiations. Equipment includes a stage, concert lighting and light music, microphones and acoustics, a bar counter with a refrigerator, sofas, a dressing room, and a reception. The space easily transforms: from a hall with a stage and audience rows, it turns into an open area for dancing or presentations.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, banquets, conferences, parties, concerts, and filming. Catering can be ordered from partners or brought in your own, a bartender and hookahs are on-site, and noise is allowed even after 23:00, which is rare for the city center. A separate entrance from the courtyard ensures privacy, and the proximity to Mayakovskaya metro station makes logistics easy for guests and contractors.
