Banka — Loft Vitrina with a veranda

LOFT SHOWCASE with veranda is a space on the territory of BP Factoria, where Scandinavian interior meets homey comfort. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the hall with light and open a view of the territory, while its own exit to the street leads to a cozy veranda with seating and tables. A fireplace adds intimacy to the place, designer furniture and red brick create the atmosphere of a large New York apartment — here it is equally comfortable for a small friendly company and a noisy party.

A 117 m² space with 4.5-meter ceilings can seat up to 60 guests at banquet tables, while the hall accommodates up to 70 people in total. There is a bar counter, dance floor, DJ zone, stage, karaoke, and light music — you can connect your own playlist or invite musicians. For business meetings, a flipchart, projector, chairs and tables, and a coffee break area are provided. Equipment includes air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, glassware, and private restrooms. A bar with a bartender is available; you can bring your own alcohol or order a mobile bar, and restaurant-level catering provides turnkey food service.

The venue is suitable for banquets, buffets, conferences, corporate celebrations, and parties — from intimate dinners to discos. A separate entrance ensures privacy, parking is available right at the entrance, and you can make noise here after 23:00, so the party won't end early. Turnkey event planning covers decor, host, photographer, and interactive programs — guests just have to enjoy the evening.
