Loft "KomoD" is a space with character, where urban style meets homey comfort. Large windows flood the main hall with light, and on the veranda under a wide umbrella it's so pleasant to gather around the grill. Inside — a stage, sofas, a bar counter, and a cozy atmosphere in which guests quickly relax and feel like they're visiting friends.

A 140-square-meter space with 4-meter ceilings easily transforms to suit any format: a banquet for 50 people, theater-style seating for 50 guests, and the maximum capacity here is up to 70 people. There is a projector and flipchart for business sessions, concert sound and a professional karaoke system for vibrant evenings, dynamic lighting for photos and videos, and air conditioning. Special mention should be made of the bar counter, board games, and hookahs — details that make the evening lively and diverse.

For corporate events, the venue is convenient for everyone: the kitchen allows you to cook yourself or invite catering, the bartender will mix cocktails, and bringing your own alcohol is not prohibited. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM — no one will ask you to wrap up the party. A separate entrance and reception add privacy, while the veranda with barbecue offers a chance to get some fresh air without leaving the city.
