Byuro khoroshikh sobytiy — Viola

BYURO khoroshikh sobytiy (the Good Events Bureau) is a large intimate loft with panoramic windows looking straight onto Sokolniki Park. It is located on Pesochnaya Alley, a couple of steps from the metro. A spacious 320-square-meter hall with six-meter ceilings and a view of greenery creates a sense of air and freedom: it is equally cozy by day, when light floods the space, and in the evening, when the park turns into a dark silhouette behind the glass.

The venue holds up to 200 guests at a buffet and 80 people at banquet tables. Inside there is a bar counter, sofa areas, a separate entrance, as well as a conference hall and a mansion — you can combine formats in one space. Catering is ordered on site or you can bring your own, including alcohol: no corkage fee is charged, even if you come with your own bartender. After 23:00 you needn't lower your voice, and outside there is a barbecue area with a grill.

The loft suits conferences, corporate parties, buffets and banquets — it's easy to switch here between the business and informal parts. Guests can step outside to the grill without leaving the venue, and panoramic windows keep the space bright even on a cloudy day.
