About the venue

BUREAU of Good Events is a soul loft in Malyutin Garden park, at Novoryazanskaya, 29, bldg. 4, a couple of minutes from the Baumanskaya metro. A cozy house with its own yard, veranda and separate entrance: inside is a spacious hall with large windows, sofas, a bar counter and a stage. The atmosphere is intimate and lived-in, without pretension, and you can still make noise here after 23:00.

The area is 450 m², ceilings 3 meters, and the main hall is 11 by 10 meters. 50 people sit comfortably at the table, and the venue holds up to 250 guests in total. There is an open area and a veranda, a grill and barbecue in the yard, and karaoke and party lighting inside. You can bring food and alcohol or order catering.

The loft is easily rearranged for a banquet, conference or party — suitable for corporate events of any format. Its own courtyard and separate entrance give freedom in organizing, and flexibility with food and drinks simplifies planning.
