About the venue

Moscow is the main conference hall of the five-star Cosmos Selection hotel at Sheremetyevo airport, formerly operating as the Sheraton. The hotel stands right on the airport grounds: about five minutes from Terminal D along a covered pedestrian gallery, with trains to Belorussky Station nearby.

A ground-floor hall of 220 sq m, regular in shape, with no columns, 3.4 m ceilings and daylight. It holds up to 250 people. The space can be divided into two parts. The walls are finished in wood, there are decorative panels on the ceiling, and a projector and screen are built in. Nearby is a foyer for registration, coffee breaks and small buffets, and the hotel's conference center has more than 25 halls across three floors.

The hall is convenient for conferences, industry meetings, trainings and off-site sessions where participants fly in from different cities: you can spend the day and fly out right away. Those who stay are housed in one of the hotel's 391 rooms, its own kitchen provides catering, and there is guarded parking for cars.
