About the venue
LOFT HALL #2 — Backyard is a loft at 26 Leninskaya Sloboda St, bldg. 11, a ten-minute walk from Avtozavodskaya metro. The 200 m² hall with vaulted concrete ceilings, columns, marble floor and crystal chandeliers overlooks the Moskva River, while the exit leads to its own courtyard — essentially a small embankment, especially lovely at sunset and with live music.
The space easily adapts to the format: banquet — up to 120 guests, buffet — up to 180, theater seating — up to 250. The kitchen is in-house at LOFT HALL: a master menu with 500 items, free tasting and no corkage fee. Parking is within walking distance.
Backyard is suitable for corporate events of various scales — from intimate dinners to large receptions and ceremonies with theater seating. Guests can easily get there, and the combination of interior, river view and its own courtyard makes it possible to structure the evening so that the formal part flows smoothly into a more informal one.
