About the venue

Exit Loft is a loft in the centre of Moscow, on Sharikopodshipnikovskaya Street near Dubrovka metro station. A 200 sq m space with panoramic windows and five-metre ceilings, and its main feature is a rooftop veranda with a bar and barbecue area.

The main hall, measuring 10 by 14 meters, is complemented by a roof, a bar counter and a nightclub zone. A banquet comfortably seats 60 people, and a buffet or party holds up to 120 guests. The equipment includes a stage, karaoke and a light-and-music system. The kitchen is flexible: light snacks, catering from a restaurant or cafe menu, and you may bring your own food and drinks.

The venue suits both a conference and a lively corporate party with dancing until morning: after 23:00 you can make noise, smoke hookah and bring your own bartender. The format easily transforms for different scenarios — from a business program to a rooftop party.
