Exit Loft — Room 404

Room 404 on the fourth floor of Exit Loft is a two-level space with panoramic windows and a very warm, almost home-like atmosphere. The interior is vintage-style: patterned carpets, fresh flowers, paintings, a cello, a typewriter, a vintage TV, shelves with books and magazines. Every corner here is practically ready to become a photo zone, and the high 5.5-meter ceilings provide air even with full seating.

The first level occupies about 75 sq.m, the second — another 25 sq.m. For a banquet, the hall accommodates up to 25 guests, and in total it comfortably fits up to 50 people — depending on the format. There is a stage, a bar counter with neon lighting, sofas, vintage armchairs, folding chairs with cushions, and a large buffet table on the second tier. Equipment includes professional sound and lighting, a projector, two wireless microphones, karaoke, a flipchart, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. A bar with a bartender is available.

The venue is well-suited for a corporate event, banquet, conference, or party: you can make noise after 23:00, and events are organized turnkey. Catering is convenient — either the venue's catering or your own food and drinks, including a mobile bar. There is a cloakroom area, Wi-Fi, and a free technical hour for preparation. Entrance through the fourth floor, city parking nearby, and about a ten-minute walk from Savyolovskaya metro station.
