About the venue

Fara Place is a loft on Aviamotornaya, in 220 square meters with six-meter ceilings and large windows. The space breathes air and light, here a noisy celebration and a business conference easily coexist. Free parking takes the headache away for guests arriving by car.

One spacious hall 12 by 13 meters accommodates up to 250 people at a buffet, 80 at a banquet and 100 in theater seating. The equipment includes club sound with microphones and acoustics, light music, a bar counter, karaoke and a photo studio area. There are two ways with food: order catering, cook yourself on site or bring food with you.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, conferences, presentations, shoots and parties — the format easily changes to fit the task. A separate entrance and no neighbors allow you to make noise until morning, and flexibility on food and drinks simplifies organization for any budget.
