FRAME at Krasny Oktyabr is a spacious second-floor hall with a separate courtyard entrance, where the character of the place is felt right away: high ceilings, a bar, a stage and lighting that turns the space into a club or a banquet hall. By day it is bright and open, in the evening lighting scenarios switch on, and the venue starts playing with completely different colors.

The main hall is 240 m², plus a cloakroom, a bar area, four restrooms and a separate kitchen for catering. It comfortably seats up to 120 guests at banquet tables; for a conference or presentation the hall can be rearranged for seating and a stage, and a party or concert holds up to 150 guests. There is a stage with concert lighting and curtains, a projector with a screen, sound and microphones, a flipchart for business sessions, a refrigerator and a microwave. A dedicated power line for equipment and stable Wi-Fi cover almost any technical need.

The venue is well suited for a corporate event, a banquet, a conference, and a lively party — after 23:00 you can keep the volume up here. Catering handles the food, while you can bring your own drinks and food, and a bartender runs the bar. It is convenient for guests: a separate entrance, parking in the courtyard of Red October, and the central location itself adds atmosphere to the event.
