BOGEMA — Loft “Balance”

The BALANCE space is a stylish hall on Baumanskaya, where the urban character is felt in every meter: large windows, neon lighting, soft sofas and a bar counter create an atmosphere where it is equally appropriate to relax and work. There is no feeling of an official room here — rather a place where you want to bring your people and spend time your own way. Just three minutes from the metro, a separate entrance from the courtyard, the second floor — and you are already inside.

A 110-square-meter hall with 3.2-meter ceilings easily transforms for various purposes. It can seat 40 people for a banquet, with a maximum of 55 guests. The equipment includes everything for an active evening: karaoke, light music, two wireless microphones, a projector, a PS4, and board games. Plus a bar counter with a wet point, a refrigerator, a microwave, a flipchart, and air conditioners. Furniture can be moved to suit your format, and after 11:00 PM, noise is allowed here — neighbors won't be disturbed.

The venue is well-suited for corporate events, birthdays, parties, and conferences — turnkey or with your own team of contractors. You can bring your own food or order catering, a bartender is also available, as are hookahs. It's convenient for guests: free parking subject to availability, a cloakroom for 50 people, a separate entrance without passes. This is the case when everything is thought out but doesn't feel overly formal.
