The YugArt concert hall at the Southern Administrative District cultural center is a large multifunctional space of 473 square meters, with a real stage with an automatic curtain and high ceilings. The atmosphere is more theatrical than office-like: lighting, sound and screen are set up so that whatever happens on stage looks impressive both in the hall and on recordings. The organizers also take on turnkey events, so the client doesn't have to assemble contractors piece by piece.

The main format is theater seating for 296 people, so the hall is equally convenient for a conference, a concert and a large corporate party. The equipment includes professional sound, lighting and video support, a high-resolution LED screen and varied theatrical lighting, plus three dressing rooms backstage — artists and speakers have a place to prepare. The stage, 11.40 by 5.60 meters and 5 meters high, gives room for sets, performances and awards.

For corporate events the venue is great because it easily turns from a business hall into a concert hall: a plenary session or presentation by day, a show, ceremony or creative evening at night. You can bring your own food, for example by ordering catering, but alcohol is prohibited on the premises, which is worth considering when planning a banquet. There are no noisy neighbors: the hall is self-contained, with its own entrance and stage, so loud music and applause won't bother anyone.
