LOFTBLACKOUT — HIGHLIGHT

A space on the fifteenth floor with its own rooftop access and a panorama of central Moscow. Inside — high ceilings, large windows, sofas, a marble bar counter with copper details. The atmosphere is more status-oriented and calm than club-like: people come here for the view and the air, not for loud music in a basement. In summer, the veranda opens, and the evening smoothly flows from outside to inside and back.

The area is 157 square meters, with ceilings 5.5 meters high. A banquet can accommodate up to 35 people, and the venue can host up to 50 guests in total — in a buffet or party format with free seating. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave, a light and music system, and a bar counter. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM, which is a rarity for the city.

It is well-suited for a corporate event, banquet, conference, or party — depending on how you arrange the tables and bar area. The kitchen is your own: you can cook yourself or bring food with you, the bartender is on site, and alcohol is also your own. The entrance is convenient — a couple of minutes from the metro and free parking nearby, so guests arrive without any hassle.
