LOFTBLACKOUT — Loft 1914

A historic space in a building from the early last century — with named bricks, antique columns and leather sofas with tufted upholstery. You feel the character of old Moscow here, yet everything is adapted for celebration: a craft stage, a bar counter, soft lighting and access to its own veranda under a marquee with a grill. Two minutes from the metro — guests arrive without adventures.

The main hall of 140 square meters with 3.5-meter ceilings holds up to 50 people, with 30 comfortably seated at banquet tables. There is a stage, sofas, a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave. In summer the veranda opens, a separate area with arches where you can enjoy fresh air and grill.

The format is suitable for a private corporate event, company anniversary, banquet, or intimate party — noise is allowed even after 11:00 PM. You can bring your own food and drinks, a bartender can be arranged separately if needed, and there is no corkage fee. There is free parking nearby, convenient access, and the building itself houses several spaces — handy if you need to divide guests into zones.
