IRRI-LOFT — Event-project

Spacious loft-style hall in the center of Moscow, in the Paveletskaya area. The main highlight is thirteen huge panoramic windows that flood the space with light during the day and create a great backdrop for evening events. The ceilings are five meters high, so it feels airy even with full seating.

Total area — 677 square meters, with several other rooms nearby if you need to zone the event. Maximum capacity here is up to 400 guests, banquet seating — up to 1000 people. There is a separate main entrance, a cloakroom for 350+ guests, two registration desks in the entrance area, five restrooms for women and four for men plus a separate one for people with disabilities. Equipment included in the base rental includes a projector and lighting fixtures; other equipment is calculated for the specific task. Air conditioning is available, internet works.

The venue is well-suited for corporate events, banquets, conferences, seminars, and parties — even up to online broadcasts. You can make noise after 23:00, which is a rarity for the city. For food, catering is available; you are allowed to bring your own alcohol — for example, order a mobile bar. Five parking spaces are included in the price, there is an in-house technical service and cleaning, so organizational matters are handled on site.
