Loft 13 on Myasnitskaya — rooftop veranda 170

The rooftop veranda of Loft 13 on Myasnitskaya is a bright space with panoramic windows and high ceilings of 4.5 meters, where plenty of greenery and a decorative fireplace create a warm, lived-in atmosphere. In good weather, the roof opens, and the evening continues under the open sky, while in rain or cold the space closes — the event is not disrupted. The area is 175 square meters, so even a large company does not feel cramped.

Inside, you can host a banquet for up to 100 people, a buffet for up to 120 guests, or a conference for up to 100 participants. There is a conference area with a flipchart, an in-house catering service is available, and you can also order food from a restaurant or café menu, including light snacks. The bar with a bartender is open, and you can bring your own alcohol for a corkage fee. The organizers handle events turnkey — from lighting and sound to décor.

The venue is perfect for corporate events, banquets, conferences, and parties: it’s convenient both for employee award ceremonies, strategic sessions, and celebrations with a disco. Guests will appreciate the quiet — the rooftop is separated from city noise, and the entrance to the building in central Moscow is within walking distance of the metro. The catering is flexible: from business breakfasts to buffets, and nearby parking solves transport issues.
