Loft «Moscow without hall rental» is located on Bersenevskaya Embankment, a stone's throw from Kropotkinsky Boulevard, Polyanka and Tretyakovskaya. This is a spacious space with an industrial character: 450 square meters, five-meter ceilings — here you can breathe freely even with a large company.

Inside there is a hall, a conference area and a banquet section with a bar counter and karaoke. Banquet and theater seating are designed for 350 guests, a buffet can accommodate up to 400 people. You have complete freedom with food: you can order a banquet or catering, cook everything yourself in the local kitchen, or bring your own food. Parking is paid city parking.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, conferences, presentations and parties — the format easily adapts to the occasion. A separate exit leads to the embankment and the courtyard, a veranda opens in summer, and you can make noise even after 23:00 without disturbing neighbors.
