LOFT STREET — Kutuzov Loft

KUTUZOV LOFT (ex PORTAL) is a standalone two-story building in the very center of Moscow, at the LOFT STREET venue. Inside there are 620 square meters of air and light: huge windows, high four-meter ceilings, soft sofas in lounge areas. The space breathes and doesn't feel oppressive, and the halls are connected by wide portals, so even at full seating capacity no one feels locked in a corner.

The halls can easily be transformed for any scenario: banquet seating — up to 120 guests, and in buffet or party format the venue accommodates up to 300 people. There is a 6×3 meter stage, a 4.5×2.5 meter LED screen and powerful RMS 15.6 kW sound — you can hold anything from a conference to a live concert. Plus air conditioners, a cloakroom, a bar area, six restrooms on the second floor, dressing rooms for artists and a separate kitchen. Wired internet and wi-fi with plenty of speed.

For corporate events, the venue is convenient for many reasons. Firstly, you can make noise after 23:00 — neighbors won't come running. Secondly, turnkey catering: own banquet service, signature menu, and alcohol is allowed to bring your own or order a mobile bar. Thirdly, there is paid parking on site and city parking nearby. Separate entrance, the whole building is yours — ideal for conferences, banquets, presentations, and noisy parties.
