LovelyLOFT — Neobychnaya Veranda

An open-air veranda is a rare format for Moscow, where the weather almost always makes adjustments. Here you get 300 m² of rain-protected space with high ceilings and soft sofas, and next to it more than 700 m² of paved grounds for activities. The atmosphere is free and airy, with the feeling of a country celebration right in the city.

The main veranda area holds up to 200 people, with banquet seating for up to 50 guests. There is a stage and a dressing room, which is rare for open-air venues. The space is easily divided into isolated parts that can be used simultaneously or separately. Catering is by an outside caterer or your own format: you may bring food and drinks, including a mobile bar.

The venue is well suited for corporate parties, team buildings, open-airs and parties — loud and not so loud. Guests can conveniently walk from two metro stations, and drivers have guarded parking. You don't need your own kitchen — the gastronomy can be put together for the task, and the spacious grounds let you stage activities without crowding.
