LovelyLOFT — Lounge

The Lounge at the LovelyLOFT venue is a spacious second-floor hall of 277 square meters with six-meter ceilings and a wooden floor. Panoramic windows flood the space with light, while several cozy interior zones with soft furniture and thoughtful lighting create an atmosphere equally comfortable for a business meeting and a lively party. The classic style with loft accents makes the hall versatile: it is easy to set the accents for any scenario without overloading the space.

The hall accommodates up to 400 guests, and its configuration allows the space to be divided into zones for a banquet, conference, or party. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and the option to organize a turnkey event. A separate advantage is that you can make noise after 23:00, so the evening program is not limited by any restrictions. Catering is provided for meals, and the bar operates on-site.

This space is a great fit for corporate celebrations, conferences, presentations and parties, both intimate and large-scale. Convenient transport access, closeness to the center, guarded parking and a large adjoining territory remove organizational hassle. Guests will also appreciate the well-planned entrance and the absence of outside noise, everything helps you focus on the event.
