About the venue

"Moscow 1" and "Moscow 2" are two halves of the large "Moscow" hall at the Novotel Moscow City hotel (4*) on Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya. Each can be booked separately and host two events simultaneously or separate the plenary part and breakout sessions.

The area of each hall is 160 m², capacity up to 135 people in theater seating. According to the hotel's layout, classroom style accommodates 70 participants, banquet — 90, buffet — 100. Each hall has a built-in LED screen, ceiling projector, 65-inch plasma panel, sound and radio microphones, ceiling lighting changes color. A stage and podium can be installed.

The format is convenient for seminars, product presentations, trainings and business dinners for a hundred guests. The halls are on the first floor, up to three metro stations and MCC are about five minutes walk. The hotel has 361 rooms, MC Traders restaurant and underground parking.
