About the venue
The New York Hall at the Novotel Moscow City Hotel (4*) is only rented together with the small halls "Paris", "London", "Singapore", and "Hong Kong". Together they form a space of 245 m² on the first floor of the hotel in the Moscow City business district.
The combined halls can accommodate up to 130 participants. The New York Hall itself is 120 m² and can hold up to 80–100 people in theater seating; it has no windows, but when combined with the neighboring halls, daylight appears. There are two large screens, projectors, and a sound system.
Such a space is suitable for a medium-sized conference, training program, or presentation with a coffee break area. The hotel assists with buffet and banquet menus, and the MC Traders restaurant is nearby. It is about a five-minute walk to the metro stations "Vystavochnaya", "Delovoy Tsentr", "Mezhdunarodnaya", and the MCC, and the hotel has 361 rooms and underground parking.
